Craftmanship for every sample
When we get a sampling requirement, we have professional team to study and translate all the detailed requirements at the first time. Then we will start to source all the body materials, lining materials, zippers, hardware, buckles etc. When all the material arrived, we will start to print or embroider the patch first if required, then we will transfer to our designers for designing the paper mould. After the paper mould complete, our experienced craftsman will start cut the material to prepare each piece of the bags, paint the edge, glue the interline. At last
craftsman will start to construct and complete the whole bags.
We pay the most attention to each procedure and detail in order to make out a perfect, high-quality samples which will satisfy you the most.
Strict control for all bulk production
As to bulk production, we have various sewing machines: flat bed sewing machine, cylinder bed sewing machine, post bed sewing machine, computerized sewing machine to handle various kind of bags. We have inspectors to check every procedures from raw material to cutting, printing, sewing, packing, shipping to make sure every step is following the confirmation sample and packing requirement.
For lady leather handbags, usually we need to paint the raw edge of PU materials. We can customize your logos no matter on bag body ,but also the hardware and buckles. As a all category bags supplier, we can be your solo supplier to provide you all the kinds of bags.
